The College Cup Challenge is designed to build a sense of community within each team and help you begin to establish important connections with other students.

Community Tik Tok Challenge

Put your collective creativity to the test to produce a video that will showcase the celebration, understanding, and engagement of different perspectives and lived experiences. Participants are not required to make an actual TikTok but can opt for a short video that addresses the theme in the style of a TikTok video.

Ridiculous Relays

How well do you work with your classmates?  Show off your teamwork by participating in the Ridiculous Relays and help your team will the College Cup.  The participating teams may choose to hold preliminary trials to determine who will be part of their final team for Friday night’s event at Stokes Stadium, others may just ask who is interested.  It is entirely up to the team.

Bulldogs in Action

Are you committed to serving others, or even just helping someone out for a couple of hours.  The Bulldogs in Action program is a great way to discover opportunities in the Kirksville community to make difference by serving others….and earn College Cup points, too!  Helping others is a rewarding way to start the day on Saturday morning.

Exploring Truman

Get to know the campus better by making your way to ten important Truman locations. There you’ll learn  why successful Truman students use these resources. Scan the QR code at each location to mark that you were there and help your team compete for the highest attendance overall. Look for the large posters with QR codes at these locations: Pickler Memorial Library, Student Recreation Center, Union and Involvement Services (in the Student Union), Career Center (in the Kirk Building), Student Health Center and University Counseling Services (in the Kirk Building), Writing Center (in the Kirk Building), Center for Academic Excellence (in the Kirk Building), University Art Gallery (in Ophelia Parrish), Office of Community Enrichment (in Baldwin Hall), and Truman Athletics (in Pershing Building).

Truman Feud

Earn points for your team by showing off your knowledge of Truman and general information by participating in Truman’s own question-and-answer game modeled after the popular quiz show Family Feud©.  The competition will take place on Saturday as part of the Big Truman Show.

Name That Tune

Test your musical knowledge by competing on stage against students from other teams as you work to complete song lyrics, identify songs and artists, and showcase your mastery of music across the decades. This event is coordinated by the Student Activities Board (SAB), the student group that plans Truman’s biggest events, concerts, comedians, and more on campus each year.
